1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and GemBets ("GemBets", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at gembets.cam.

GemBets operates as an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade, and esports wagering services. The platform is designed and operated specifically for the Malaysian market, offering services in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) and accepting payments via local methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Boost, and GrabPay.

By accessing, registering for, or using the gembets platform in any capacity — including browsing, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the gembets platform through which they access services and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real money, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x).
• "Platform" means the gembets website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services available at gembets.cam.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, wager, bonus redemption, or fund transfer made through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by gembets to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and confirm a Player's age and identity.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — measures and policies designed to prevent the use of the Platform for money laundering or financial crime.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or behaviour expressly forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, content, design elements, and brand assets owned by or licensed to GemBets.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on gembets, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. GemBets strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, whether through gembets's own self-exclusion programme or any other applicable exclusion scheme.
• You must not be located in a restricted jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not be acting as an agent, employee, officer, or representative of any gambling operator, games provider, or entity with a commercial interest that conflicts with fair play on gembets.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and at any point gembets requests verification. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4 Account Registration & Management

Each Player may register only one (1) account on the gembets platform. Opening, maintaining, or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed without notice and any balances or winnings across those accounts may be voided.

4.1 Registration Information

At registration, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a valid payment method denominated in Malaysian Ringgit. All information provided must be accurate and must match the identification documents you provide during KYC verification.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, and gembets accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify gembets support immediately by contacting [email protected]. GemBets will take reasonable steps to assist, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before notification is received.

4.3 KYC Verification

GemBets reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time we deem it necessary. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gembets platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). GemBets supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• GemBets reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the source of funds raises AML concerns.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmation on the relevant blockchain network.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the account holder. GemBets will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• GemBets aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for most MYR payment methods during normal operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where KYC verification has not been completed, where the account is under investigation, or where outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• GemBets reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may result in temporary delays. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

GemBets offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible to receive or use any promotional offer.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within 14 days of being credited to the account. Unused bonuses will expire after this period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Where a player attempts to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, gembets reserves the right to deduct outstanding bonus amounts from the withdrawal before processing.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• GemBets reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any bonus that has already been credited and is subject to active wagering at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the terms existing at the time of award.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotional offer — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party bonus stacking, collusion with other players, or any other form of bad-faith conduct — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. GemBets reserves the right to void all bonuses, close the account, and withhold any winnings derived from abusive bonus activity.

7 Betting Rules & Dispute Resolution

All bets placed on the gembets platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant betting market or casino game. By placing a wager, the Player acknowledges their understanding of and agreement to those rules.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the gembets system and a bet reference number has been issued. GemBets reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error, or suspicious betting pattern is identified.

7.2 Palpable Errors

In the event of an obvious or palpable error in the odds offered — for example, odds that are clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market due to a data feed or human error — gembets reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of settlement status. Players will be notified and their stake returned in full.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If a Player believes a wager has been settled incorrectly, they must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant event settling by contacting gembets support. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered. GemBets's decision on all disputed bets shall be final once the internal review process has been completed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gembets platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registration or use of the platform by individuals under the age of 21.
• Opening, operating, or controlling more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, robots, macros, or any other automated means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, bug, or technical error for personal gain. Any such advantage gained must be reported to support and any resulting winnings may be voided.
• Colluding with other players, whether in poker-style games or any other product format, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or that are subject to a legal order or restraint.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gembets staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any gembets content or Intellectual Property without express written consent.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gembets platform — including but not limited to the GemBets name, logo, graphical design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and any other creative works — is the proprietary Intellectual Property of GemBets or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, distribute, adapt, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the gembets platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of GemBets Intellectual Property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the offending party to civil and/or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GemBets and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or wagered amounts resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors that are beyond gembets's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, upgrades, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by the Player based on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to a data feed error.

Where gembets is found to be liable, our total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

GemBets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or bad-faith conduct of any kind.
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of illegally obtained funds.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
• At our discretion, where we reasonably believe that continued account operation presents a legal, reputational, or regulatory risk to the platform.

Upon account closure for cause, any balance derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be voided. Legitimate real-money balances — being funds deposited by the Player and not subject to any bonus or investigation hold — will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. We will process any remaining eligible balance upon account closure once identity verification is confirmed.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

GemBets is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering on gembets, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory reporting.

GemBets will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for operational, legal, and regulatory purposes.

13 Responsible Gambling

GemBets takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a range of responsible gambling tools accessible directly from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion programme. These tools are available to all players free of charge at any time.

If you choose to self-exclude, your exclusion will take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. During the exclusion period, you will be prohibited from accessing your account and we will use reasonable technical means to prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion does not automatically cancel any active withdrawal requests.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the gembets platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is licensed to operate.

GemBets and the Player agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing to gembets support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent GemBets from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its Intellectual Property or to prevent imminent harm to the platform or its users.
